September 12, 2023: Huntington, TX 75949 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Huntington Red Devils (Huntington, TX) and the visiting Jasper Bulldogs (Jasper, TX), saw Huntington's volleyball squad beat Jasper by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Huntington upgrades its record to 13-17 on the year. The Red Devils travel to Nacogdoches (Nacogdoches, TX) to play the Dragons in a non-league bout on Friday, September 15. The Dragons go into the bout with a record of 5-20. Nacogdoches lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Rusk (Rusk, TX)
The Bulldogs now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to West Orange-Stark for a 4A Region III District 19 bout on Friday, September 15. Jasper will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Lumberton (Lumberton, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-13.
