September 12, 2023: Ravenna, MI 49451 The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Ravenna Bulldogs (Ravenna, MI) and the visiting Mason County Central Spartans (Scottville, MI), saw Ravenna's volleyball squad beat Mason County Central by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Ravenna upgrades its record to 3-4 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Morley Stanwood (Morley, MI) to play the Mohawks in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 16. The Mohawks go into the bout with a record of 10-6. Morley Stanwood won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Kent City (Kent City, MI)
The Spartans now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they host Hart for a Western Michigan bout on Tuesday, September 19. Mason County Central will play a Pirates squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Grand Traverse Academy (Traverse City, MI). The Pirates record now stands at 3-2.
