In their next game, the Cougars play the Sterling Heights Stevenson Titans (Sterling Heights, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 19. Dakota will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record. The Titans go into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 39-8 non-league loss to Chippewa Valley (Clinton Township, MI).
The Tars (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Utica Eisenhower (Shelby Township, MI). The Eagles go into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Utica Eisenhower was ripped by Romeo (Romeo, MI), 21-3, in a non-league challenge.
