Illinois High School Football - South Elgin loses to Sycamore
September 12, 2024: South Elgin, IL 60177 Sycamore Spartans (Sycamore, IL) followers went home pleased Thursday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host South Elgin Storm (South Elgin, IL), 30-0 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Sycamore advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Spartans travel to Rochelle (Rochelle, IL) to play the Hubs in a non-league battle on Friday, September 20. The Hubs go into the battle with a record of 0-0.
The Storm now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to West Aurora for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 19. South Elgin will play a Blackhawks team coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Marmion (Aurora, IL). The Blackhawks record now stands at 2-1.
