Texas High School Football - River Road loses to Highland Park
September 12, 2024: Amarillo, TX 79120 Highland Park Hornets (Amarillo, TX) followers went home pleased Thursday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting River Road Wildcats (Amarillo, TX), 16-0 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Highland Park advances its record to 3-0 on the season. The Hornets host Dimmitt (Dimmitt, TX) to play the Bobcats in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 26. The Bobcats go into the battle with a record of 1-0.
The Wildcats now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Panhandle for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 19.
