Kentucky High School Soccer - Franklin County knocks off Anderson County
September 12, 2024: Lawrenceburg, KY 40342 In Thursday's non-league outing, the visiting Franklin County Flyers soccer squad scored a tight 3-0 win over the Anderson County Bearcats.
The Flyers (5-0) will now prepare for their outing against DuPont Manual (Louisville, KY). The Crimsons enter the non-league outing with a 4-1 record. In their last outing, DuPont Manual tipped Oldham County (Buckner, KY), 1-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Bearcats confront the Mercer County Titans (Harrodsburg, KY) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, September 17. Anderson County will attempt to improve on its 0-8 season record.
