Ohio High School Soccer - Garfield toppled by Tuscarawas Valley
September 12, 2024: Akron, OH 44301 Tuscarawas Valley Trojans (Zoarville, OH) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Garfield Rams (Akron, OH), 6-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Tuscarawas Valley advances its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Trojans host Fairless (Navarre, OH) to clash with the Falcons in a non-league test on Saturday, September 14. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 1-7. Fairless lost 2-1 in their recent league test against Manchester (Akron, OH)
The Rams now have a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host Alliance for a non-league test on Saturday, September 14. Garfield will clash with a Aviators team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Washington (Massillon, OH). The Aviators record now stands at 7-2.
