September 12, 2024: Tahlequah, OK 74464 Sequoyah Indians (Tahlequah, OK) backers left the game pleased Thursday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Cave Springs Hornets (Bunch, OK), 21-0 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Sequoyah upgrades its record to 23-1 on the year. The Indians travel to Jay (Jay, OK) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Friday, September 13. The Bulldogs enter the game with a record of 12-4. Jay won 7-5 in their recent league game against Locust Grove (Locust Grove, OK)
The Hornets now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Webbers Falls for a non-league game on Thursday, September 12. Cave Springs will play a Warriors squad coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Keota (Keota, OK). The Warriors record now stands at 3-15.
