With the triumph, Verden improves its record to 8-10 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Binger-Oney (Binger, OK) to meet the Bobcats in a Class B test on Monday, September 16. The Bobcats go into the test with a record of 17-5. Binger-Oney won 6-3 in their recent non-league test against Fletcher (Fletcher, OK)
The Eagles (1-13) will now prepare for their test against Temple (Temple, OK). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 0-8 record. In their last test, Temple was nudged by Grandfield (Grandfield, OK), 16-1, in a non-league test.
