Rhode Island High School Volleyball - Middletown overwhelmed by Chariho

Chariho Chargers (Wood River Junction, RI) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Middletown Islanders (Middletown, RI), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Chariho advances its record to 2-2 on the season. The Chargers travel to East Providence (East Providence, RI) to face the Townies in a Division 1 test on Friday, September 13. The Townies go into the test with a record of 4-0. East Providence won 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Barrington (Barrington, RI)

The Islanders now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cranston West for a Division 1 test on Monday, September 16. Middletown will face a Falcons squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Mt. Hope (Bristol, RI). The Falcons record now stands at 3-2.
