With the win, Henry Ford Academy advances its record to 1-1 on the season. The Navigators travel to Voyageur Academy (Detroit, MI) to face the Cougar in a non-league test on Thursday, September 19. The Cougar go into the test with a record of 0-2. Voyageur Academy lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Academy of the Americas (Detroit, MI)
The Raiders now sport a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Detroit Community for a Michigan Metro battle on Tuesday, September 17. Ecorse will encounter a Hurricanes squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Old Redford Academy (Detroit, MI). The Hurricanes record now stands at 2-0.
