Georgia High School Volleyball - Rockdale County over Lovejoy
September 12, 2024: Conyers, GA 30012 The Rockdale County Bulldogs volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Lovejoy Wildcats to 0 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Bulldogs now have a 6-7 record. They play next when they travel to Grovetown for a 6A Area 4 outing on Tuesday, September 17. Rockdale County will play a Warriors team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Ringgold (Ringgold, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 9-16.
With the loss, Lovejoy drops to 5-10 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to North Cobb Christian (Kennesaw, GA) to play the Eagles in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 14. The Eagles come into the outing with a record of 12-9. North Cobb Christian won 2-1 in their recent non-league outing against Etowah (Woodstock, GA)
