September 12, 2024: Mesa, AZ 85201 Westwood Warriors (Mesa, AZ) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting San Luis Sidewinders (San Luis, AZ), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Westwood improves its record to 6-5 on the season. The Warriors host Gilbert (Gilbert, AZ) to encounter the Tigers in a non-league test on Monday, September 16. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 6-1. Gilbert won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Tolleson (Tolleson, AZ)
The Sidewinders now own a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Desert Ridge for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 18.
