The A Plus Academy Knights got by the host Jefferson Patriots football team by a score of 6-3 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Knights face the Gateway Charter Academy Gators (Dallas, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 19. A Plus Academy will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record. The Gators go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 12-6 non-league loss to UME Preparatory Academy (Dallas, TX).

The Patriots (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Adamson (Dallas, TX). The Leopards go into the 5A-2 Region II District 5 challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Adamson was edged by Roosevelt (Dallas, TX), 18-13, in a non-league challenge.
