With the victory, 'Aiea betters its record to 4-2 on the year. The Na Alii host Kailua (Kailua, HI) to battle the Surfriders in a OIA I contest on Friday, September 19. The Surfriders go into the bout with a record of 2-3. Kailua lost 15-7 in their recent league bout against Wai'anae (Wai'anae, HI)
The Cougars now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Moanalua for a OIA I bout on Friday, September 26. Kaiser will encounter a Menehune team coming off a 42-17 league loss to Waipahu (Waipahu, HI). The Menehune record now stands at 2-4.
