The Two Rivers Warriors football squad scored 28 points and limited the visiting Apple Valley Eagles to 21 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Friday.

The Warriors now hold a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Burnsville for a non-league test on Friday, September 19. Two Rivers will face a Blaze team coming off a 49-14 non-league loss to St. Thomas Academy (Mendota Heights, MN). The Blaze record now stands at 0-3.

The Eagles (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Hastings (Hastings, MN). The Raiders go into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Hastings was edged by Chaska (Chaska, MN), 35-14, in a non-league test.
