In Friday's non-league match, the host Brenham Cubs football squad scored a good 49-22 triumph over the Bryan Vikings.

The Cubs (3-0) will now prepare for their match against Killeen (Killeen, TX). The Kangaroos come into the non-league match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Killeen was beaten by Lake Belton (Temple, TX), 28-21, in a non-league match.

Next up, the Vikings play the George Ranch Longhorns (Richmond, TX) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 20. Bryan will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Longhorns go into the battle with a 1-2 record after their 28-14 non-league loss to Humble (Humble, TX).
