Minnesota High School Football - Byron trounces Hill-Murray
September 12, 2025: Maplewood, MN 55109 In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Byron Bears football team scored a big 42-6 win over the Hill-Murray Pioneers.
With the win, Byron advances its record to 3-0 on the season. The Bears host Faribault (Faribault, MN) to battle the Falcons in a Skyway - Brass contest on Friday, September 19. The Falcons enter the contest with a record of 0-3. Faribault lost 33-8 in their recent league bout against Winona (Winona, MN)
The Pioneers now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to North for a Skyway - Yellow battle on Friday, September 19. Hill-Murray will play a Polars team coming off a 46-26 league loss to South St. Paul (South St. Paul, MN). The Polars record now stands at 1-2.
