California High School Football - Sunny Hills sneaks past Canyon

The Sunny Hills Lancers football squad scored 49 points and limited the visiting Canyon Comanches to 42 in the Lancers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Lancers now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sonora for a non-league test on Friday, September 19. Sunny Hills will face a Raiders team coming off a 42-31 non-league loss to Redlands East Valley (Redlands, CA). The Raiders record now stands at 0-4.

The Comanches (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Cerritos (Cerritos, CA). The Dons enter the non-league game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Cerritos was edged by Valley Christian (Cerritos, CA), 42-23, in a non-league game.
