In Friday's non-league outing, the Castle View Sabercats (Castle Rock, CO) football squad knocked off the visiting Horizon Hawks (Thornton, CO), by a margin of 21-7.

The Sabercats now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Douglas County for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 18. Castle View will clash with a Huskies squad coming off a 42-21 non-league loss to Rock Canyon (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Huskies record now stands at 2-1.

The Hawks (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Boulder (Boulder, CO). The Panthers enter the non-league game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Boulder was toppled by Fairview (Boulder, CO), 63-0, in a non-league game.
