New York High School Football - Croton-Harmon overwhelmed by Poughkeepsie
September 12, 2025: Croton on Hudson, NY 10520 The Poughkeepsie Pioneers walloped the host Croton-Harmon Tigers football team by a score of 50-0 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Pioneers face the Tappan Zee Dutchmen (Orangeburg, NY) in a Section 1 Hudson Valley challenge, on Friday, September 19. Poughkeepsie will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Dutchmen enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 35-14 league win over Albertus Magnus (Bardonia, NY).
The Tigers (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Peekskill (Peekskill, NY). The Red Devils enter the Section 1 Hudson Valley challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Peekskill bounced Greeley (Chappaqua, NY), 14-0, in a league challenge.
