The Downers Grove North Trojans got by the visiting Hinsdale Central Red Devils football team by a score of 9-7 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Trojans face the Glenbard West Hilltoppers (Glen Ellyn, IL) in a West Suburban - Silver challenge, on Saturday, September 20. Downers Grove North will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record. The Hilltoppers come into the test with a 3-0 record after their 26-7 league win over Oak Park-River Forest (Oak Park, IL).

With the defeat, Hinsdale Central drops to 2-1 on the campaign. The Red devils travel to Lyons (LaGrange, IL) to meet the Lions in a West Suburban - Silver test on Saturday, September 20. The Lions come into the test with a record of 3-0. Lyons won 55-0 in their recent non-league test against Berwyn/Cicero Morton (Cicero, IL)
