Indiana High School Football - Franklin County falls to East Central

September 12, 2025: Brookville, IN 47012

The East Central Trojans felled the host Franklin County Wildcats football team by a score of 35-14 in Friday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Trojans meet the Batesville Bulldogs (Batesville, IN) in a Eastern Indiana - Big test, on Friday, September 19. East Central will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 3-1 record after their 39-28 non-league win over Rushville (Rushville, IN).

With the defeat, Franklin County drops to 3-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Lawrenceburg (Lawrenceburg, IN) to meet the Tigers in a non-league test on Friday, September 19. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 3-1. Lawrenceburg won 62-7 in their recent non-league test against Greensburg (Greensburg, IN)
