The Hill City Ringnecks walloped the host Ellis Railroaders football team by a score of 62-26 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Ringnecks play the Thunder Ridge Longhorns (Kensington, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 19. Hill City will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Longhorns come into the test with a 1-1 record after their 38-0 league win over Rock Hills (Mankato, KS).
