The Farmington Scorpions got by the host Falcon Falcons football team by a score of 21-17 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Scorpions face the La Cueva Bears (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 19. Farmington will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Bears come into the test with a 1-2 record after their 42-7 league win over Sandia (Albuquerque, NM).

With the defeat, Falcon drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Ponderosa (Parker, CO) to meet the Mustangs in a non-league test on Friday, September 19. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 1-2. Ponderosa lost 40-22 in their recent non-league challenge against Roosevelt (Johnstown, CO)
