Arkansas High School Football - Prairie Grove can't hold off Farmington
September 12, 2025: Prairie Grove, AR 72753 Farmington Cardinals (Farmington, AR) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team nip the host Prairie Grove Tigers (Prairie Grove, AR), 28-27 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Farmington advances its record to 2-1 on the season. The Cardinals host Pea Ridge (Pea Ridge, AR) to play the Blackhawks in a 5A West battle on Friday, September 26. The Blackhawks go into the battle with a record of 0-3. Pea Ridge lost 48-14 in their recent non-league battle against Siloam Springs (Siloam Springs, AR)
The Tigers now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Coweta for a non-league battle on Friday, September 19. Prairie Grove will play a Tigers team coming off a 44-20 non-league win over Northside (Fort Smith, AR). The Tigers record now stands at 2-0.
