In Friday's non-league match, the host Florence Christian Eagles football squad scored a good 21-0 triumph over the Pee Dee Academy Golden Eagles.

The Eagles (4-0) will now prepare for their match against Williamsburg Academy (Kingstree, SC). The Stallions come into the non-league battle with a 4-0 record. In their last battle, Williamsburg Academy prevailed over Thomas Heyward Academy (Ridgeland, SC), 40-12, in a non-league battle.

The Golden Eagles now have a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Carolina Academy for a non-league match on Friday, September 19.
