The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Georgia Christian Generals (Valdosta, GA) and the visiting Westwood Wildcats (Camilla, GA), witnessed Georgia Christian's football squad knock off Westwood by a tally of 29-14.

The Generals (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Grace Christian Academy (Bainbridge, GA). The Cougars enter the GIAA 8-Man Region 2 (8 Man) contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Grace Christian Academy was toppled by Vidalia Heritage Academy (Vidalia, GA), 51-7, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Wildcats confront the Crisp Academy Wildcats (Cordele, GA) in a GIAA 8-Man Region 2 (8 Man) contest, on Friday, September 19. Westwood will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Wildcats enter the contest with a 0-5 record after their 48-0 league loss to Fullington Academy (Pinehurst, GA).
