California High School Football - Grossmont defeated by La Jolla

In Friday's non-league game, the La Jolla Vikings (La Jolla, CA) football team were victorious over the visiting Grossmont Foothillers (El Cajon, CA), by a tally of 40-28.

In their next game, the Vikings face the Point Loma Pointers (San Diego, CA) in a Eastern outing, on Friday, September 26. La Jolla will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record.

With the defeat, Grossmont drops to 2-1 on the campaign. The Foothillers travel to Otay Ranch (Chula Vista, CA) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league outing on Friday, September 19. The Mustangs come into the outing with a record of 1-3. Otay Ranch lost 25-10 in their recent non-league outing against Patrick Henry (San Diego, CA)
