The Jackson Academy Raiders walloped the host St. Joseph Fighting Irish football team by a score of 45-7 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Raiders face the Hartfield Academy Hawks (Flowood, MS) in a non-league test, on Friday, September 19. Jackson Academy will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record. The Hawks come into the test with a 1-2 record after their 42-13 non-league win over Pillow Academy (Greenwood, MS).
