King's Academy Knights (Tyler, TX) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football squad crush the host Savoy Cardinals (Savoy, TX), 49-0 in a non-league test.

The Knights now hold a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Trinidad for a non-league test on Saturday, September 27.

With the defeat, Savoy drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Greenville Christian (Greenville, TX) to meet the Eagles in a non-league test on Friday, September 19. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 3-0. Greenville Christian won 42-28 in their recent non-league test against Tyler HEAT (Tyler, TX)
