The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Knightstown Panthers (Knightstown, IN) and the visiting Union City Indians (Union City, IN), witnessed Knightstown's football squad wallop Union City by a tally of 59-12.

The Panthers (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Eastern Hancock (Charlottesville, IN). The Royals enter the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Eastern Hancock was crushed by South Putnam (Greencastle, IN), 33-19, in a non-league bout.

The Indians now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Northeastern for a Tri-Eastern bout on Friday, September 19. Union City will encounter a Knights team coming off a 89-6 league win over Cambridge City Lincoln (Cambridge City, IN). The Knights record now stands at 4-0.
