With the win, Lawrence-Nelson improves its record to 2-1 on the season. The Raiders host Bruning-Davenport/Shickley (Bruning, NE) to meet the Eagles in a D2 District 4 (8 Man) match on Friday, September 19. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 2-1. Bruning-Davenport/Shickley won 28-20 in their recent non-league match against Kenesaw (Kenesaw, NE)

Coming up next, the Falcons meet the Axtell Wildcats (Axtell, NE) in a D2 District 5 (8 Man) match, on Friday, September 19. Wilcox-Hildreth will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
