The Staunton/Bunker Hill Bulldogs walloped the host Litchfield/Mt. Olive football squad by a margin of 59-24 in Friday's league test.

The Bulldogs now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Carlinville for a South Central test on Friday, September 19. Staunton/Bunker Hill will meet a Cavaliers squad coming off a 35-28 league win over Greenville (Greenville, IL). The Cavaliers record now stands at 2-1.

With the defeat, Litchfield/Mt. Olive drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The travel to North Mac (Virden, IL) to meet the Panthers in a South Central test on Friday, September 19. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 1-2. North Mac won 49-34 in their recent league challenge against Southwestern (Piasa, IL)
