The Tri Titans football team scored 49 points and held the visiting Monroe Central Golden Bears to 0 in the Titans non-league victory on Friday.

In their next game, the Titans face the Centerville Bulldogs (Centerville, IN) in a Tri-Eastern challenge, on Friday, September 19. Tri will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 28-19 league loss to Winchester Community (Winchester, IN).

With the defeat, Monroe Central drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Golden bears host Tindley (Indianapolis, IN) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league test on Friday, September 19. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 1-3. Tindley lost 44-6 in their recent league test against Indianapolis Arsenal Technical (Indianapolis, IN)
