The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Myrtle Point Bobcats (Myrtle Point, OR) and the visiting Toledo Boomers (Toledo, OR), witnessed Myrtle Point's football squad wallop Toledo by a tally of 52-6.

The Bobcats (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Illinois Valley (Cave Junction, OR). The Cougars go into the non-league bout with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Illinois Valley was crushed by Gold Beach (Gold Beach, OR), 44-20, in a non-league bout.

The Boomers now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Monroe for a 2A Special District 3 (9 Man) bout on Friday, September 19. Toledo will encounter a Dragons team coming off a 28-2 non-league loss to Santiam (Mill City, OR). The Dragons record now stands at 0-2.
