The Notre Dame-Green Pond Crusaders walloped the host Saucon Valley Panthers football squad by a count of 55-13 in Friday's league test.
The Crusaders now hold a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Catasauqua for a Colonial-Schuylkill - B test on Friday, September 19. Notre Dame-Green Pond will meet a Rough Riders squad coming off a 33-7 league win over Salisbury Township (Allentown, PA). The Rough Riders record now stands at 3-1.
With the defeat, Saucon Valley moves to 1-3 on the season. The Panthers travel to Wilson Area (Easton, PA) to face the Warriors in a Colonial-Schuylkill - B challenge on Saturday, September 20. The Warriors go into the challenge with a record of 0-4. Wilson Area lost 35-13 in their recent league challenge against Pen Argyl (Pen Argyl, PA)
