Maryland High School Football - Patapsco falls to Sparrows Point
September 12, 2025: Baltimore, MD 21219 The Sparrows Point Pointers felled the visiting Patapsco Patriots football team by a score of 15-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Pointers face the Chesapeake Bay Hawks (Baltimore, MD) in a Class 2A1A South challenge, on Friday, September 19. Sparrows Point will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record. The Bay Hawks go into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 27-0 non-league loss to Woodlawn (Baltimore, MD).
The Patriots (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Southern (Harwood, MD). The Bulldogs come into the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Southern was defeated by Annapolis (Annapolis, MD), 50-7, in a non-league test.
