The Quincy Orioles felled the host Stockbridge Panthers football team by a score of 40-29 in Friday's league test.

The Orioles now hold a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Comstock for a non-league test on Friday, September 19. Quincy will meet a Colts squad coming off a 41-8 league loss to Centreville (Centreville, MI). The Colts record now stands at 0-3.

With the defeat, Stockbridge drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Panthers host Union City (Union City, MI) to meet the Chargers in a Big 8 test on Friday, September 19. The Chargers come into the test with a record of 3-0. Union City won 36-18 in their recent league test against Sand Creek (Sand Creek, MI)
