September 12, 2025: Portland, OR 97229 Sunset Apollos (Portland, OR) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Roosevelt Roughriders (Portland, OR), 42-6 in a non-league match.
The Apollos (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Newberg (Newberg, OR). The Tigers come into the non-league match with a 1-1 record.
Coming up next, the Roughriders confront the Tigard Tigers (Tigard, OR) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 19. Roosevelt will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Tigers go into the battle with a 0-2 record after their 34-21 non-league loss to Jesuit (Portland, OR).
