Maryland High School Football - South River crushed by Hereford
September 12, 2025: Edgewater, MD 21037 Hereford Bulls (Parkton, MD) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the host South River Seahawks (Edgewater, MD), 38-0 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Hereford improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Bulls host Kenwood (Baltimore, MD) to meet the Bluebirds in a non-league test on Friday, September 19. The Bluebirds come into the test with a record of 3-0. Kenwood won 36-6 in their recent non-league test against Long Reach (Columbia, MD)
With the defeat, South River drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Seahawks travel to Urbana (Ijamsville, MD) to meet the Hawks in a non-league test on Thursday, September 25. The Hawks come into the test with a record of 2-0.
