New York High School Soccer - Suffern toppled by Tappan Zee
September 12, 2025: Orangeburg, NY 10962 Tappan Zee Dutchmen (Orangeburg, NY) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Suffern Mounties (Suffern, NY), 8-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Tappan Zee moves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Dutchmen travel to Clarkstown North (New City, NY) to meet the Rams in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 16. The Rams come into the test with a record of 2-0.
The Mounties now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Peekskill for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 16.
