Florida High School Volleyball - Saint Stephen's Episcopal edged by Central
September 12, 2025: Bradenton, FL 34209 Central Bears (Brooksville, FL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball team hold off the host Saint Stephen's Episcopal Falcons (Bradenton, FL), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Bears (5-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Bell Creek Academy (Riverview, FL). The Panthers enter the non-league challenge with a 7-2 record. In their last challenge, Bell Creek Academy was tipped by McKeel Academy (Lakeland, FL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Falcons meet the Shorecrest Prep Chargers (St. Petersburg, FL) in a non-league test, on Friday, September 12. Saint Stephen's Episcopal will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Chargers go into the test with a 2-3 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Keswick Christian (St. Petersburg, FL).
