Oklahoma High School Softball - Wewoka succumbs to Weleetka
September 12, 2025: Weleetka, OK 74880 In Friday's non-league test, the Weleetka Outlaws (Weleetka, OK) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Wewoka Tigers (Wewoka, OK), by a score of 17-2.
With the triumph, Weleetka improves its record to 12-8 on the year. The Outlaws host Wetumka (Wetumka, OK) to face the Chieftains in a Class A contest on Saturday, September 13. The Chieftains enter the contest with a record of 11-5. Wetumka won 3-2 in their recent non-league contest against Mason (Mason, OK)
The Tigers now hold a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to Latta for a 2A bout on Monday, September 15. Wewoka will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 9-1 non-league win over Vanoss (Ada, OK). The Panthers record now stands at 14-6.
