Missouri High School Volleyball - Assumption over St. Joseph's Academy
September 12, 2025: St. Louis, MO 63131 Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Assumption Rockets (Louisville, KY) and the host St. Joseph's Academy Angels (St. Louis, MO), observed Assumption's volleyball team top St. Joseph's Academy by a count of 2-0.
The Rockets (14-1) will now prepare for their contest against Cardinal Gibbons (Raleigh, NC). The Crusaders enter the non-league contest with a 6-1 record. In their last contest, Cardinal Gibbons notched a victory over Felton Grove (Apex, NC), 3-0, in a league contest.
Next, the Angels battle the St. Henry Crusaders (Erlanger, KY) in a non-league battle, on Friday, September 12. St. Joseph's Academy will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record. The Crusaders go into the battle with a 11-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Newport Central Catholic (Newport, KY).
