The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Germantown Academy Patriots (Fort Washington, PA) and the host Mt. St. Joseph Academy Magic (Flourtown, PA), saw Germantown Academy's volleyball team hold off Mt. St. Joseph Academy by a count of 3-2.

The Patriots (6-3) will now prepare for their contest against Central Bucks East (Doylestown, PA). The Patriots enter the non-league battle with a 0-4 record.

The Magic now own a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sacred Heart Academy for a Catholic Academies battle on Tuesday, September 16. Mt.
