Niles West Wolves (Skokie, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Joliet Catholic Hilltoppers (Joliet, IL), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Niles West improves its record to 6-8 on the season. The Wolves host Deerfield (Deerfield, IL) to face the Warriors in a non-league test on Friday, September 12. The Warriors go into the test with a record of 5-6. Deerfield won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Lake Forest (Lake Forest, IL)

The Hilltoppers now own a 1-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to York for a non-league test on Friday, September 12. Joliet Catholic will face a Dukes team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Oak Park-River Forest (Oak Park, IL). The Dukes record now stands at 7-2.
