September 12, 2025: Branson, MO 65616 Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Oakwood Academy Warhawks (Aurora, MO) and the host Legacy Academy Lions (Branson, MO), saw Oakwood Academy's volleyball squad achieve victory over Legacy Academy by a score of 3-0.
With the win, Oakwood Academy improves its record to 6-4 on the season. The Warhawks travel to Berean Christian Academy (Monett, MO) to encounter the Lions in a test on Tuesday, September 16. The Lions go into the test with a record of 1-1. Berean Christian Academy won 2-0 in their recent league challenge against Trinity Christian Academy (Hollister, MO)
Next, the Lions meet the Christian Ministries Academy Stallions (Billings, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 26. Legacy Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Stallions enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 league loss to Trinity Christian Academy (Hollister, MO).
