Peyton Panthers (Peyton, CO) backers were pleased Friday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting South Park Burros (Fairplay, CO), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Peyton advances its record to 2-5 on the season. The Panthers travel to Genoa-Hugo/Karval (Hugo, CO) to face the Pirates in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 16. The Pirates go into the test with a record of 4-3. Genoa-Hugo/Karval won 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Kit Carson (Kit Carson, CO)

With the loss, South Park drops to 2-6 on the campaign. The Burros travel to Custer County (Westcliffe, CO) to play the Bobcats in a 2A/1A West Central outing on Saturday, September 13. The Bobcats come into the outing with a record of 5-2. Custer County lost 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against Evangel Christian Academy (Colorado Springs, CO)
