Bishop McNamara Mustangs (Forestville, MD) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Parkdale Panthers (Riverdale, MD), 4-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs confront the DeMatha Stags (Hyattsville, MD) in a Washington Catholic (WCAC) challenge, on Thursday, September 15. Bishop McNamara will attempt to better on its 5-0 season record. The Stags enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over DC International (Washington, DC).

The Panthers now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Flowers for a Prince George's County 4A challenge on Thursday, September 22.
